About the Role

CareSouth have a fulfilling opportunity for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our NDIS Support Coordination Program on a Full Time, Permanent basis. The role can be based out of our Nowra, Berkeley or Goulburn office.

As Team Leader Support Coordination you will be responsible for:
  • Provide support and feedback to our dedicated NDIS Support Coordinators
  • Manage NDIS records, monthly reports, billable hours and new referrals
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager and NDIS Services Manager to build strategic relationships to develop opportunities across the CareSouth footprint

About you

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Disability or Community Services sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in support co-ordination.
  • Sound understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards to be met by registered NDIS providers to provide supports and services to NDIS participants.
  • High level written, verbal communication and excellent time management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with team, participants, their families, allied health professionals, community agencies and other professionals
  • Demonstrated commitment to the safety of children, young people, and adults with a disability.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a (NSW) Working with Children Check Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • It is an essential requirement of the role that the successful applicant will be fully vaccinated with an approved COVID-19 vaccination in line with Government Health requirements
