As the Team Manager - Customer Support, you will play a pivotal role in leading and elevating our customer service operations and response to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of customer service representatives.

- Utilise your extensive experience to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Leverage your expertise in managing offshore teams, implementing strategies for effective collaboration.
- Uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail in customer interactions.

Skills and Experience:
- Essential - Team Management Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Management in Customer Service.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Experience in effectively managing offshore customer service teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Location & Hours:
- Epping: Office Based Role
- Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday
