How will I help?
Mortgage Operations is a key part of our Group Operations team and is responsible for bringing our Group vision to life by building a team of the best home loan experts focused on delivering 'magic' moments for our customers, business partners and each other.
As a Team Member in Progress Payments team, you will be responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound calls from our customers regarding their loan application for construction of homes once the unconditional loan offer has been accepted and signed by the Customer.
You will be a key Member of the Mortgage Services Team within the Group Operations; and your role is paramount to helping contribute to the delivery of Westpac's vision. This is achieved through managing and meeting our customer's building loan needs, ensuring seamless processing and helping our customers to get into their homes.

What do I need?
- Demonstrated experience in a customer centric role
- Excellent communication written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail - verifying documentation detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Ability to learn new systems and process in a timely manner.
- High volume contact centre experience - highly regarded.
