Key responsibilities:
- The receipt and dispatch of inventory held at the technical service site.
- Administer the Alcon Technical Services test equipment and spare part requirements.
- Managing inventory - spare parts, machines, demo inventory and receipt the inventory in SAP system correctly.
- Inventory control - stock count and reconcile regularly.
- Run SAP reports - BI reports to reconcile inventory.
- Coordination with engineers and couriers (inbound and outbound)
Skills and Expeirences:
- SAP is must
- Forklift License
- Warehouse experience
- PC Literacy / MS Office
- High level of commitment to detail and accuracy
- Customer management skills
- Previous experience in a service dispatch environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
