About the role
This is a highly skilled role requiring a solid background in electrical cable joinery and repairs. Along with strong knowledge of cabling and connecting solar PV and battery storage your responsibilities will include :
Prepare estimates for cabling by reviewing Electrical Diagrams, Panel Layouts
· Onsite cabling for solar PV installations
· Conduct upgrades and maintenance on a scheduled basis
· Participate in site safety & compliance tool box talks and perform mandatory safety checks
· Liaising with customers, colleagues, and technicians to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
· Prepare monthly reports on cabling, upgrades, repairs and maintenance and suggest measures for improvement
The offer
$70,000 - $75,000 + superannuation and KPI Bonus

Skills and experience
At least 3 years hands on experience in technical joinery
Excellent knowledge of and passion for renewable energy.
Managerial or supervisory experience highly regarded.
Excellent oral and written communication with the skills to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to set priorities and see complex projects through to completion.
Enthusiastic attitude and ability to fit into a highly motivated and hardworking Service Planning team.
