Technical Design Lead - Education Cloud

We have a new contract for a Technical Design Lead - Education Cloud based in Melbourne.
Our client strategically unified its multiple CRM systems onto a Salesforce platform called 'OneCRM' to streamline processes, reduce administrative effort, and empower staff to focus on serving our stakeholders.
The Salesforce Education CloudTechnical Design Lead will play a key role providing design and thought leadership on the development and delivery of solutions for initiatives encompassing the Education Cloud platform as an essential component. Ensuring that the solutions maximise the value from the investment in Education Cloud, the use of the industries components and configuration over code will be essential.
To be considered for this role you will have to demonstrate a track record as a Technical Design Lead or Senior Technical Consultant working on a range of projects across enterprise platforms with heavy emphasis on maximising the use of technology as an enabler for businesses.
Essential Criteria: * 5+ years enterprise-level Salesforce Tech Design Lead/ Senior developer experience.

• Technical Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field (desirable).
• Demonstrate Business Services values by acting in the best interest of your employer; displaying service excellence by striving to deliver beyond expectations and taking ownership of the delivery; and value working collaboratively, connecting with people and building relationships in your workplace.
• Extensive experience as a senior developer with at least one Salesforce Industries Cloud, Omnistudio, Salesforce Community Cloud, building and designing of Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedures, Lightning Pages, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Apex, and triggers.
• Salesforce Industries, Sales, Service, Analytics, Experience Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge and experience.
• Experience working across large organisations - higher education sector.
• Experience in understanding and applying offerings from Salesforce Industries Clouds (preferably Education Cloud).
• Experience in understanding and applying Salesforce Education data models (Education Data Architecture or Education Cloud).
• Track record of identification and recommendation of Salesforce based solutions and related implementation architecture enabling future scale-out.
• Proven ability to form deliverable and practical solutions, guiding Salesforce developers.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum organisation working across multiple scrum teams.
• Strong analysis/elicitation/specification and workshop facilitation experience.
• Ability to work in small focused cross functional teams.
• Excellent consultancy skills, including communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Broad understanding of current and emerging technology and possible business applications.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills, including people management & leadership.
• Maintains a positive attitude and continues to deliver consistent quality work in the face of challenging situations.
• Customer oriented, business outcomes focused, self-starter.
• Ability to relate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
