Your new company
Our client is a leading FM Service Provider specialising in maintaining and optimising technical infrastructure for commercial and industrial spaces. Priding themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients, they've gone from strength to strength in recent years and have secured a number of high-profile contracts.
Your new role
You will be running an A-Grade building in Western Sydney. Your duties will include, but won't be limited to:
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for technical systems.
- Successfully delivering upgrade and renovation projects
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Senior/Technical FM
- Commercial experience in A-Grade facilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Trade/Engineering qualifications are desired, but not essential
