As the Senior Technical Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of facility management, ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Reticulated Services Management: You will be responsible for the oversight of gas and sewerage services, including management of issues, overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules (PPMS), and ensuring effective customer management.
- Marine and Wharves Management: Your role will involve managing marine facilities and wharves, conducting regular wharf inspections, overseeing rectifications, and managing reactive works to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Notice of Disruptions: You will handle notifications of disruptions, particularly related to sewerage, gas, or wharf operations, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of planned preventative maintenance schedules to optimize facility performance and longevity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Technical Facilities management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Strong understanding of reticulated services, marine facilities, and wharf operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
