Technical Implementation Manager

About the role

Our Technical Implementation Manager will be a core part of the Customer Success team and is responsible for leading Technical Implementations with both SMB and Enterprise customers, training and guiding our clients, and providing a top-notch onboarding experience. 
Success in this position requires exceptional customer service, high attention to detail and precision. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment and a passion for helping our customers achieve results. 

This is a flexible full time role that will see you responsible for, but not limited to:

• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations. 
• Efficiently manage implementation and onboarding processes, providing tailored recommendations based on product and use case
• Guide customers through Inspace onboarding, educating stakeholders for maximum value as well as lead change management, minimising resistance and maximising adoption of new workflows and technologies
• Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and working with various data models and schemas, analysing customer's existing data structures, and proficiently mapping them to the platform's schema to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Leverage expertise in data integration tools such as SnapLogic to develop and manage data pipelines crucial for successful integration processes, while fully understanding the features and limitations of Inspace's entire suite of products
• Identify discrepancies in data models and develop innovative solutions, resolving issues promptly to maintain project timelines with minimal direction on procedural matters
• Utilise strong project management skills ensuring timely and successful implementations while adhering to project timelines and objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the implementation process, influencing product development by working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to collect and digest user feedback
• Foster strong team collaboration in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a passion for driving impactful outcomes
• Effectively prioritise tasks and manage time independently, even under high-pressure situations, to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Demonstrate a highly detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the implementation process.

About you

This role would be great for someone with: 

• 3+ years of experience as an Implementation / Onboarding Manager in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in guiding clients through the onboarding journey, conducting comprehensive training sessions, and clearly articulating workflows to ensure understanding and proficiency among stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Strong team-working skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a passion for making an impact
• Ability to effectively lead and navigate stakeholders through organisational changes related to the implementation process
• Proven track record of implementing strategies to minimise resistance and maximise adoption of new workflows and technologies
• Ability to analyse and understand the customer's existing data structures and how they can be transformed or mapped to your platform's schema
• Experience with data integration tools like SnapLogic, which will be instrumental in creating and managing data pipelines
• Ability to identify discrepancies between data models and develop creative solutions to ensure seamless data integration
