Project Manager / Technical Delivery Lead - GRC implementation

12 Months Max term initially

$140,000-$160,000 + super + Bonus

Talenza are currently recruiting for a financial services organisation who are seeking a Project Manager /Technical Delivery Lead for a large technology transformation. This person will focus on managing a project delivering technology changes including a greenfield GRC implementation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience leading and delivering project teams.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a large / complex organisation.
• 2+ years’ experience in the financial services industry (Banking is preferred)
• GRC implementation experience with any of the following: Archer, Openpages, Protecht or similar
• Experience working in a lead role in a software delivery environment
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business stakeholders
• Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle utilising a variety of methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation
• Experience with vendor performance and relationship management
• Driven to deliver
• High Level Stakeholder management experience
• Great Planning and organisational skills
