Technical Manager (Geotechnical Civil Engineering)

12th January, 2024 Our client is a leading Geotechnical and Ground Remediation Contractor with an enviable reputation for delivery, safety and quality. Due to acquisition of new schemes secured in the Midlands and Nationwide our client is keen to identify a 'Technical Manager' to strengthen and support their award winning project teams. Applicants interested in the position:

• Ideally the candidate will have approximately eight to ten years experience in a similar Geotechnically focused 'technical' role:
• Contaminated land and remediation experience will be extensive.
• Relevant degree (Geology, Earth Science, Civil Engineering and/or similar).
• Preferably Chartered or keen to work towards this.
• High quality work produced independently, showing clear and concise communication verbally and written.
• Target oriented, achieving key programme dates and deliverables.
• Interfacing with and the responsibility for Geotechnical Engineers, Remediation Engineers.
• Interfacing and negotiating with various regulators, environmental consultants, geotechnical consultants and client side representatives.
