Technical Officer – Arborist – Full Time
- Salary: $91,115 - $96,648 per annum
- Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

We are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated and well-organised individual with substantial experience in arboriculture, project management and contract management to join the City’s Operation Services Business Unit.
You will be responsible for the administration and management of arboriculture programs and projects, undertake tree assessments to determine health, condition and structural integrity, and to provide technical arboricultural advice and support to City employees, contractors and residents.
Applicants need to provide a covering letter addressing the following:
- Undertaking tree assessments to determine health, condition and structural integrity.
- Co-ordinating aboricultural related programs.
- Project and contract management including the tendering processes.
- Financial management, budget preparation, monitoring and reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in Arboriculture or equivalent.
