About the role:In this role you will be responsible for processing CCTV download requests, programming and issuing security access cards, issuing keys to Council's facilities and parks/reserves, arranging security guard services, producing access reports, checking and processing invoices and proactively troubleshooting issues with security systems and Access cards. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:• Current NSW class 1E, 2B, 2C security licence or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment• Sound knowledge of Security and Access Control systems• Sound knowledge of CCTV video management systems• Ability to participate in a 24 hour 7 day per week out of hours rotating on-call roster• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills• Very high attention to detail• Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills• Commitment to role modelling our values of respect, integrity, trust, teamwork and optimism.
