About the role:

The position is an excellent career progression for anyone with experience as a water operator, and particular with drinking water, resource recovery and/or wastewater treatment process exposure. ·         Develop your own technical capability and presentation skills through ongoing coaching and support from our experienced and passionate technical trainers.

·         Travel the state and get to meet employees from a diverse cross section of the business.

·         Work with internal and external subject matter experts to share knowledge.

·         Develop new ideas, innovate, and leverage exciting new ways to deliver training, such as online platforms and emerging technologies.

Key skills and experience:

The successful candidate will have considerable experience working in a water industry operational role, particular with drinking water, resource recovery and/or wastewater treatment process experience. Have excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills, and you must be able to travel the state to deliver training and work autonomously, whilst still being an integral team member.

Apply: If you are interested in the above opportunity, please submit a covering letter and resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role.
