About the Role
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant to join a dynamic Corporate team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our corporate authors, assisting in the smooth functioning of the practice group.
- Managing the authors diaries and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- Assisting with billing;
- Prepare and format documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence for corporate transactions;
- Liaise with clients;
- Ensure timely reminders for upcoming events and tasks; andddd
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software;
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work; and
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
