As we embark on our expansion into the Australian market, we are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Pilot to join our team and play a key role in our jet operations.

Position Overview

As a Technical Pilot for the Airbus A320 family, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. Reporting directly to the Head of Flight Operations, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our operations with the mission to become the preferred ACMI charter provider in Australia. Upon completion of the project stage, the role will naturally lead to a front-line management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support for Airbus A320 family aircraft.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Flight Operations to optimise fleet performance.

• Conduct technical reviews and analysis to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.

• Act as a liaison between flight operations and maintenance teams to address technical issues promptly.

• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory requirements related to Airbus A320 family aircraft.

Qualifications

• Hold an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with A320 type rating.

• Minimum of 1500 hours total flight time

• Previous experience in a Technical Pilot or similar role preferred.

• Strong understanding of aircraft systems and technical aspects of flight operations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
