We are now seeking an ambitious and visionary “Technical Product Solutions Architect” to lead our efforts in developing and managing our technical solutions and product portfolio.
As the Technical Product Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Managed IT and Cybersecurity offerings. You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our technical solutions and products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of innovation and efficiency. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of the IT and Cybersecurity landscape.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and launch of new products and services.
- Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive technical training, ensuring our Sales Team is equipped with an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
- Conduct the creation and management of tailored quotations for our customers, providing presales support and solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Actively participate in customer meetings, collaborating with the Sales Team to drive business solutions and customer acquisition.
- Liaise with Suppliers, Order Delivery Team, and Field Technicians to ensure seamless onboarding and support for our customers.
- Commit to continuous learning and attending relevant training sessions to stay ahead of product improvements, operational changes, and industry trends.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a technical role within the Managed IT and Cybersecurity sector.
- Strong technical background with the ability to drive product development and technical solution strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.
- A passion for continuous learning and development, with relevant technical certifications being highly regarded.
- An innovative thinker, able to anticipate market trends and drive product development accordingly.
- Previous experience with Autotask, Datto RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
