Our Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions department is a leader in design and development of special purpose equipment and machinery. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Technical Project Manager. This office based; 2-year maximum term full-time role is based at our headquarters in Clayton. Due to the nature of our projects, some local, regional and interstate travel may be required.

Position responsibilities will include:

• Managing automation, consulting, and engineering service projects
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of managed projects and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
• Supplier engagement and management
• Project risk management including identification, monitoring, and mitigation
• Maintaining quality and document recording systems
• Supporting process improvements and developing our project management services
• Supporting project acquisitions with internal and external customers
• Overseeing project team including deliverables, commercial time frames, coordination of team and tasks, and collaboration with other project groups and teams

We are looking for an experienced technically minded Project Manager with the ability to work across multiple teams, manage diverse and sometimes complex tasks and priorities, establish effective relationships, coach and inspire your project team.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A relevant Engineering degree and or experience working in a relevant (automation, robotics, manufacturing, machine build) industry
• PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner level accreditation / PMP is highly desirable
• Sound experience in project management of technical engineering projects
• Experience with special purpose machinery and setup of manufacturing sites will be highly regarded
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) in manufacturing
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, risk and time management
• A natural leader with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project experience desirable)
• SAP experience would be advantageous
