Sparx Solutions is an Australia owned and operated System Integrator that specialise in data security and optimised network connectivity. To support our continued growth, we require a Project Manager (infrastructure) to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Executive Directors, you’ll be responsible for managing Sparx Solutions’ projects across our Enterprise client base. You’ll be working with talented consultants that are specialists in their field and will help our clients along their digital transformation journey. 

Essential Requirements  

• Background in Enterprise Networking.
• Experience in managing Enterprise ICT projects.
• Ability to work with multiple teams to define requirements, coordinate dependencies and align delivery road-maps.
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experiencing delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in resource management and scheduling.
• Consulting or client facing background with a strong customer focus.
• Experience with project management tools including MS Project 

Experience in delivering one or more of the following

Large-scale Internet gateway, WAN, LAN

Wi-Fi design & implementation

Data security, firewall, endpoint.

Azure Public cloud migrations

Previous experience working for a systems integrator, or value added reseller is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines for all technology deliverables, and manage each through completion and delivery to multiple projects.
• Schedule internal resources across all projects and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that could impact schedule, costs, or quality.
• Work with clients, partners and service providers to achieve best outcome.
• Manage internal resources and providing reporting to Executive Directors.
• Responsible for building and implementing processes across our PMO
• Manage program budgets and financials

Education

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent

We are looking for our next Project Manager to join the Sparx team as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full-time role and we are an on-site company located in Melbourne CBD, with flexibility to work from home on occasion.
