As part of the National Service Centre, the primary purpose of this role is to assist in the coordination, facilitation and delivery of technical compliance and product support functions.
A key focus of the Technical Services administrator is to use and develop our procedures to support our branches, ensuring there is a transparent road map with national consistency to enhance and expedite efficiencies for the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage verification and approval of rating and spec plates for all equipment.
- Print and dispatch all ratings and spec plates to relevant branches following internal processes.
- Create and manage an ongoing database of attachment ratings relevant to CAT forklifts.
- Assess and ensure compliance of products to Australian Standards.
- Analysis of technical information provided by suppliers to validate options.
- Communicate product updates and changes to branch network.
- Identify and promote improvement opportunities within the National Service Centre and to the branches across the UFAAS network.
About You:
- Good understanding of Experience in mechanical/mobile equipment, service or spare parts environment would be an advantage.
- Engineering Graduate seriously considered
- Structured and disciplined in work methods and procedures.
- Organisation and ability to complete work at a fast pace.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate and capable of working within most common programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem solving.
- Data entry.
