AddressResponsibilities:
- Oversee the verification and approval process for rating and spec plates across all equipment.
- Handle the printing and distribution of ratings and spec plates to appropriate branches, adhering to internal protocols.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of attachment ratings pertinent to CAT forklifts.
- Evaluate and ensure product compliance with Australian Standards.
- Analyse technical data from suppliers to verify available options.
- Communicate product revisions and updates to the branch network.
- Identify and advocate for enhancement opportunities within the National Service Centre and throughout the UFAAS network branches.
About you
- Having a solid background in mechanical or mobile equipment, along with experience in service or spare parts environments, would be beneficial.
- Engineer graduate - highly considered.
- Proficient in implementing structured and disciplined work methods and procedures.
- Attentive to detail with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Self-motivated and adept at working autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate adeptly with individuals across all levels of the organization.
