My client is an international leader in providing high quality, technically advanced clinical infrastructures (Units) to the healthcare sector. They provide bespoke mobile, and modular operating theatres, wards, endoscopy suites, decontamination, and diagnostic units to customer across Australia and New Zealand.
The Technical, Service Delivery Coordinator is critical to the overall project management, delivery, and maintenance of all Mobile/Modular units across Australia. You will be responsible for coordinating contractors in the warehouse and onsite in a timely manner. You will also be working closely with the sales team and Service Delivery Manager to ensure customer requirements are met prior to delivery of the units. Upon delivery you will provide exceptional customer service via the telephone and or face to face, which may include small maintenance repairs or organising contractors.
You will be based out of the newly refurbished Operations & Warehouse with onsite parking. Be part of small and highly supportive team, where management encourage creative thinking and autonomy. Duties include:
* Assist in collecting, delivering and setting up of Units (including transportation and civil contractors)
* Oversee build and refurbishment of new and returned Units
* Coordinate planned preventative maintenance coordination
* Overseeing and coordinate contractors at the warehouse
* Oversee contractors onsite as needed
* Complete small repair on the Units warehouse/onsite (not requiring a tradesperson)
* Spare parts procurement and control
* Generating reports, invoicing, raising purchase and work order
* Ensure all Units are meeting Australian safety standards
* Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and onsite

Skills & Experience required:
* Experience in coordinating staff/contractors
* Excellent time management and organisations skills
* Ability to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to manage inventory in a warehouse
* Class C (or higher) current driver's license
* Good level of working knowledge & experience with Microsoft 365
* Good hands on experience with power tools and hand tools (essential for small maintenance repairs)
Desirable:
* Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
* Experience with CAD software
* Working at height certificate license or willing to obtain
* Hold or be willing to obtain a passport
