Remuneration: $73,103 - $78,644 p.a. + superannuation

About The Role:
It is the vision of Bendigo Kangan Institute to be acknowledged as a leading educator and trainer in work and life skills, making a real difference for students and industry across the communities we serve. The key purpose of this role is to assist in the maintenance of the learning area, providing technical support to teachers and students for practical sessions, implementing technical aspects of testing and procedural matters relating to the learning area.

  • Relevant licences and qualifications pertinent to the role.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in preparation of classroom practicals, manufacture of teaching aids and maintenance of equipment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and principles as they relate to a workshop/simulated workplace environment servicing a wide range of users.
  • Specialist technical problem-solving skills.
  • Sound customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to edit, understand and comply with complex technical instructions.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions and support activities.
