I am looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join one of my clients, a leading asset management business, where you will support and work closely with the trading team.
Company
With a global presence, but large team size here in Sydney, this company provides their clients a range of investment products, finding opportunities in the market in energy, renewables, and agriculture sales. The Technical Support team is about 8 people, providing on-site and remote support to the traders, technologists, and operations team, ensuring any issues are resolved.
Role
You will manage and work closely with a range of team members to act as the first point of contact for end users, receiving and handling requests for Technical Support. The Technical Support is ranged from software, hardware, AV support, and even assisting the infrastructure team when required. Every 4–5 weeks you will be on-call, and this position will require you to work 5 days in the office, located in the CBD of Sydney.
Requirements
- A strong communicator with an ability to manage demanding clients.
- WindowsOS troubleshooting, Win10 and Win11.
- Support experience with Hardware troubleshooting, AV Support, and Software support.
- Experienced with MS Teams.
- Azure AD experience is highly beneficial.
