Be an active member of the ANZ Customer Service team working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The role has dual responsibilities to provide superior customer service to all customers and provide support and guidance for general and technical enquiries.

We are looking for someone who has proficient technical customer service experience, excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and a great advantage if someone has engineering/ electrical background. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Answer helpdesk calls & emails and coordinate problem resolution to end users while providing high standard of customer service and response times.
- First point of contact for 1PH Technical enquiries resulting in fault finding.
- Liaise with Warranty Coordinator in addressing and remedy warranty replacements.
- Work directly and collaboratively with sales, service, technical teams and other internal departments to resolve and/or escalate customer issues and concerns.
- Support the Customer Service & sales Team as required to ensure the delivery of customer requests within defined SLA’s.
- Proactively manage customer concerns in a manner that delivers against both customer and business objectives to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop sound knowledge of the company’s products, policies and standards. Ensue that changes to products and solutions are documented and accurate.
- Work within team environment to support the achievement of the division’s sales and margin objectives.
- Understand and comply with the company's mission, vision, policies, objectives and other requirements of the quality, safety and environment management system .
Ability to organize, priorities, plan, follow up and work autonomously.
Able to work under pressure, high resilience, and problem-solving skills.
SAP or other business system equivalent experience – preferable
Intermediate MS Office skills
