What We Are Looking For

This opportunity will suit someone who has an interest in the IT/cybersecurity industry, enjoys troubleshooting problems in an ever-changing environment, and loves providing exceptional support to customers. A brief view into what the role entails…

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and providing Technical Support to our customers, in accordance with documented processes
  • Escalating complex technical issues to senior team members, ensuring additional support and follow up to customers until the problem is resolved.
  • Collaboration with team members and contribution to team knowledge by sharing skills and resolutions to customer issues
  • Adhere to established service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Proactively seek out information to expand your skill set and learn from senior team members to resolve more complex issues.
  • This role is required to participate in a rotating on call roster. This requires being available via an ‘on call’ rotating weekend roster to respond to Priority 1 and 2 tickets.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support/technical or related role
  • A passion for IT/Cyber Security.
  • An understanding of SaaS concepts (prior experience with SaaS products is beneficial but not required).
  • Linux exposure is preferred.
  • Motivated by continual learning and improvement.
  • Is a proactive problem solver and possesses an exceptional customer service ethic.
  • Can quickly establish rapport with others.
  • Can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Willing to participate in the rotating on call roster requiring weekend availability for Priority 1 and 2 tickets.
  • Applicants will need to have the unrestricted right to work in Australia to be eligible for this role
  • Successful applicants will need to be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance as part of our final stages of the recruitment process

We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of $60,000-65,000, excluding superannuation. Salary is determined by a range of factors, including location, relevant work experience, skills and certifications.

One of our key benefits is the flexibility we offer team members. This role will operate as a hybrid position, working in person at the Adelaide office with a mixture of working remotely.

Additionally, we have flexible work schedules, a relaxed dress code, and other great things like paid volunteering time.
