This newly created position -Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective functioning of our business. This individual will provide technical expertise ensuring the effective functioning and performance of the health, safety, and Environmental Monitoring equipment and instrumentation that our business provide to the market.
This will be achieved by providing support to customers, internal staff members, customer service teams, and product management teams. They will collaborate closely with manufacturers, conduct research for custom solutions, and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes and solutions.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Customer and Staff Support
- Collaboration of instruments
- Resolving technical issues
- Documentation and training of your colleagues on products
- Quality Assurance
- Collaboration with Customer Service and Product Management
- Innovation and development
