The role will include:
- Remote & Onsite Technical Support:for our clients
- Customer Hardware & Software Implementation and ongoing management:
- Customer and Relationship Management
- Responding to inbound IT phone/email enquiries

You Are:
- Insatiably curious about technology.
- You value learning and therefore consume knowledge as much as you share it.
- Maybe you have IT qualifications, maybe you don’t, but you have solid IT experience
- Excellent depth of understanding of the IT industry and products
- Experience working with I.T. products and solutions
- And you really care about doing right by your customer and your team.
- Outstanding communication skills and enjoy talking with customers
- Confidence (not arrogance!)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Flexibility; help the team and put your customers first
- Able to work from our office in Blackburn
- Have full Australian working rights
Required Technical skills include:
- min 3years in a technical support environment
- working with IT products and solutions:
- Server/Desktop/hardware
- Server and workstation operating systems
- Cloud technologies (m365, google apps, Azure)
