  • Delivering training sessions to healthcare professionals on how to use DMO effectively and efficiently with their EMR, using various methods such as virtual, classroom, 1 to 1, or on-site at the elbow.
  • Provide enablement training and support to customer training resources to ensure they are fully skilled to provide ongoing training and support required for sustainability.
  • Providing a crucial feedback loop to the project team to capture the clinician experience.
  • Providing admin support, such as adding or removing users/licenses, managing content, and generating reports when required.

  • Immersing yourself within the customers project and operational teams to understand the business and to drive best practice accordingly.
  • Monitoring and analysing data points alongside the Microsoft Customer Success Executive (CSE) to proactively manage customers to high adoption, utilisation, optimisation, and satisfaction.
  • Identification, escalation, and resolution tracking for adoption blockers.
  • Create and execute Adoption Remediation Plans with clients who are not realising the expected benefits associated with the use of Nuance solutions.
  • Build relationships at various levels across the healthcare organisation from C-suite to end users to drive successful outcomes.
  • Producing learning resources to facilitate a blended training approach.
