Overview
In this role you will support staff to transition into their operation roles, including training in systems, platforms and process in an operational environment. The role will partner with the local business operation to design, develop, facilitate, coach, monitor and evaluate claims Technical Training initiatives to drive performance within the operation.
How you'll make an impact
- Design, develop and deliver training programs and assessments to internal and external clients;
- Partner with external stakeholders, key managers and subject matter experts regarding training material relevance, accuracy and alignment to business needs;
- Facilitate training programs as per the training schedules;
- Maintain effectiveness of programs/courses based on manager and employee feedback and proactively identify continuous improvements to leadership teams;
- In liaison with the relevant leaders, ensure that capability gaps are identified, addressed and monitored to the required standard of performance; identify gaps in staff knowledge/skills, & develop necessary programs or coaching solutions to meet the needs of individual staff;
- Maintain records of learning and development activities and report on employee progress, utilising GB's learning management system.

- Technical knowledge in general insurance claims management;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Relationship and influencing skills;
- Experience in designing, coaching and facilitation training;
- Must be flexible, adaptive and ability to work autonomously;
