Technical Training Specialist

You will find our navigation systems in the autonomous Indy race cars and thousands of Plus AI autonomous trucks. We help farmers adopt autonomous farming equipment and assist in various fields of research. Switching to software, our cloud-based drone management platform helps patrol beaches for emergency rescues and shark tracking. Off-planet, we will deliver a navigation system for the next NASA moon landing. The applications of our technologies are quite limitless - where there is autonomy, you will find Advanced Navigation.

We are looking to bring on board a Technical Training specialist to guarantee that we are able to provide the business with a highly-skilled, knowledgeable and capable technical support resource. This will be achieved by the timely delivery of high-quality, certification-based technical product training to our Support team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and determine the training needs of all levels of our support team
• Create, organise and deliver the in-person training programs to meet these needs
• Test and certify the training participants to ensure they meet the required knowledge and skill level
• Develop and maintain an appropriate knowledge of our products, specifications and applications in the field.
• Develop and maintain the content in our LMS platform.
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Support teams to understand the changing needs of the business and deliver appropriate, timely training.
• Drive standards of capability within the support team.
• The onboarding of new support team members.
• Support the training and development of the broader sales teams where appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Cert IV TAE (complete or in progress)
• Previous experience training customer-facing teams
