Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in IT, software development, or related sectors.
- Strong ability to translate technical information into easily understandable text and illustrations.
- Excellent command of English grammar and spelling, with a focus on Australian spelling conventions.
- Experience creating documentation for a variety of audiences, including end-users, system administrators, and developers.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
