About the role
The Technical Writer works closely with the Chief Learner Experience Portfolio’s management team to ensure documentation is developed that enhances operational effectiveness and efficiency.
You will:
collate information from subject-matter experts and develop, organise, and write procedure manuals; technical specifications, and process documentation; and
develop an operational content strategy, which maximises usability and access to new content.

About you
You will possess:
significant experience of technical and operational writing
experience in operational support, software development or process design;
knowledge and skills in Instructional Design and the application of educational technologies;
ability and experience to understand complex subject matter; and
experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
