SAP Finance Program Design and Training

Our client is a major mining operator with substantial operations in the Pilbara. With a focus on improving productivity through innovation and technology we have a position available for a Technical Writer/Trainer with SAP delivery experience working in a Finance environment.
Partnering with the Change Advisor and Business Process Expert this position is responsible for managing the design, content and material development for the implementation of an SAP Program for the Finance team. This position will also assist in the design and delivery of training to facilitate change in line with adult learning principles.
Core Responsibilities
Work with members of the Change team and business to develop operationally sensitive, targeted end user training content, plans and schedules.
Assist, as required, in the face-to-face delivery of training activities in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
Liaise with key business and program representatives to ensure alignment of thinking for training delivery and roll out.
Ensure consistency and alignment of learning and training outputs to support Program outcomes.
Drive the Change Control Process to ensure timely edits to achieve final version sign off.
Undertake operational site visits as required.
About You
Proven Technical Writing/Training delivery with a minimum of 3 years SAP experience. Comfort working in resource Finance environments.
Confidence and experience in delivering training, workshops as required.
Experience in successfully building and managing information within Enable Now.
Demonstrated innovative thinking in the design of adult systems/processes learning content, including best practice.
The talent to translate complex, technical language for non-technical audiences.
A ‘people first’ mindset – to put people at the heart of the learning experience.
The ability to work independently and proactively to deliver outputs to timelines.
