As we expand our operations across QLD, we are seeking a motivated Technician to drive our brand new van and oversee the Delivery and installation of our state-of-the-art sauna units.

**Position Overview:**
As a technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery, setup, and installation of our sauna units at customer locations across QLD. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand by providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive our brand new van to transport sauna units to customer locations.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
- Safely unload, assemble, and install sauna units at customer sites.
- Provide demonstrations and instructions to customers on how to use and maintain their sauna units.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all installations meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and installations.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery, installation, or a related field preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools.
- Computer Savvy - our business is fast and needs someone who can handle computer programs and apps ‘on the go’.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - super important.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (not too heavy, don't worry!)
