About the opportunity:
As a Technology Specialist Project Support, you will provide a range of project support related activities supporting our internal business and Defence clients.
Your duties could include but not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to project managers.
- Develop project reporting toolsets.
- Track project query's and changes as they occur.
- Ensure all documentation is recorded correctly.
- Develop and use SharePoint, OneNote and other MS Suite products.
To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian Citizen.

Qualifications & experience relevant for the role:
- Due to the nature of our work, An Australian Citizen with a current or recently inactive AGSVA clearance is required.
- Experience working in a Defence project setting.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Suite, including Sharepoint.
- Able to show initiative and adaptable to client requirements.
- Able to build and maintain relationships.
- A self-starter who takes the initiative with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A high level of communication both written and verbal.
- An ability to work either individually or as part of a broader team.
