We are seeking a Project Support Specialist who thrives in a flexible and dynamic environment, adapting methods to fit the unique needs of each health and community project.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to collaborate and innovate, without the confines of a fixed methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and develop insightful briefs
- Create actionable steps and viable options for health project advancement.
- Maintain transparency, consistently providing updates and health project visibility.
- Engage in regular check-ins, presenting progress, identifying challenges, and seeking feedback.
- Propose well-considered solutions, presenting three options for consideration, including a recommended course of action.
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think critically
- A doer who can take initiative and is committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Adaptable, capable of modifying approaches based on project needs and team input.
- Avoids a one-size-fits-all mentality, valuing inquiry and curiosity over traditional processes and systems
Reporting to Chief Operations Officer (COO)
