Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive technology strategies with a feminine touch, encompassing IT opportunity assessment, investment portfolio management, information strategy, sourcing strategy, and enterprise architecture.
- Analyze current issues with a woman's perspective, construct fact-based approaches, and implement client visions and roadmaps for business growth.
- Craft detailed and actionable business cases, leveraging profound industry, IT, and business process acumen, all while embracing the feminine touch.
- Assist clients in building capabilities for growth and innovation, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate, and implement transformative programs with a focus on diversity and empowerment.
- Contribute to thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology, amplifying the voices of women in the industry.
Experience We're Seeking:
- Technology & IT Strategy: Apply technology in a business context, analytical approach, business case experience with a feminine perspective.
- Innovation: Digital-focused experience in identifying and harnessing new value streams enabled by leading-edge technologies within Tier 1 consulting firms, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Data Strategy: Exposure to new business models and customer journeys enabled by evolving data architecture and advanced analytics in Tier 1 consulting environments, with a focus on inclusivity.
- Enterprise Architecture: Experience in aiding clients in establishing a vision, roadmap, and governance, with exposure to frameworks like TOGAF, while promoting diversity and equality.
- IT Operating Model: Experience in IT process excellence, operating model design, and transformation in Tier 1 consulting settings, with a commitment to diversity and empowerment.
- IT Workforce: Experience in managing change within an IT environment, organization design, and transformation, with a focus on inclusivity.
- IT Costs & Commercials: Background in IT commercial aspects, knowledge of IT Service Integrator Models, outsourcing advisory, and contract negotiations, while promoting gender equality.
- Application Strategy: Experience in assisting clients in repositioning their technology portfolio to fuel growth by balancing cost and capability, with a commitment to gender diversity.
Set Yourself Apart: Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of digital Technology Strategy or digital enterprise IT architecture experience, with a commitment to promoting women in technology.
- Preferred experience within Tier 1 consulting, advocating for diversity and inclusion.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing people and teams, with a focus on promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Expert knowledge of trends and technology concepts with a keen interest in the latest innovations (e.g., Digital Customer and Commerce, Connected Platform, Digital Enterprise, Data-driven business models), while supporting women's contributions.
- Strong understanding of industry operations, dynamics, and trends through experience in one or more industries (Financial Services, Telecoms, Technology, Resources and Utilities, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods), with an emphasis on gender equality.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability, leadership attributes, and a history of successful program management, with a commitment to empowering women.
- C-suite presence, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in client relationship development, with a focus on fostering diversity and inclusion.
