Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive technology strategies, encompassing IT opportunity assessment, investment portfolio management, information strategy, sourcing strategy, and enterprise architecture.
- Analyze current issues, construct fact-based approaches, and implement client visions and roadmaps for business growth.
- Craft detailed and actionable business cases, leveraging profound industry, IT, and business process acumen.
- Assist clients in building capabilities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate, and implement transformative programs.
- Contribute to thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology.
Experience We're Seeking:
- Technology & IT Strategy: Apply technology in a business context, analytical approach, business case experience.
- Innovation: Digital-focused experience in identifying and harnessing new value streams enabled by leading-edge technologies within Tier 1 consulting firms.
- Data Strategy: Exposure to new business models and customer journeys enabled by evolving data architecture and advanced analytics in Tier 1 consulting environments.
- Enterprise Architecture: Experience in aiding clients in establishing a vision, roadmap, and governance, with exposure to frameworks like TOGAF.
- IT Operating Model: Experience in IT process excellence, operating model design, and transformation in Tier 1 consulting settings.
- IT Workforce: Experience in managing change within an IT environment, organization design, and transformation.
- IT Costs & Commercials: Background in IT commercial aspects, knowledge of IT Service Integrator Models, outsourcing advisory, and contract negotiations.
- Application Strategy: Experience in assisting clients in repositioning their technology portfolio to fuel growth by balancing cost and capability.
Set Yourself Apart: Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of digital Technology Strategy or digital enterprise IT architecture experience.
- Preferred experience within Tier 1 consulting.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing people and teams.
- Expert knowledge of trends and technology concepts with a keen interest in the latest innovations (e.g., Digital Customer and Commerce, Connected Platform, Digital Enterprise, Data-driven business models).
- Strong understanding of industry operations, dynamics, and trends through experience in one or more industries (Financial Services, Telecoms, Technology, Resources and Utilities, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods).
- Exceptional problem-solving ability, leadership attributes, and a history of successful program management.
- C-suite presence, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in client relationship development.
