Job Description:
As a Technology Success Manager (TSM) at T4 Group, you are the pivotal liaison between our clients' decision-makers and their technological vision.
The primary responsibility of the TSM is to champion the client's interests within T4 Group while orchestrating our four essential service delivery domains: Service Desk, Centralized Services, Professional Services, and Technology Alignment.
This role entails accountability for forging and nurturing enduring relationships with our clientele. This is achieved by deeply understanding the client's business operations and guiding them to integrate their strategies with technological advancements. This position focuses predominantly on nurturing the business relationship with the client and utilizing T4 Group's technical expertise to enhance our client's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, prepare, and lead the Strategic Business Review (SBR) process for all assigned clients per their schedule.
- Have scheduled debrief meetings with the client's alignment engineer after business review meetings with clients.
- Determine and articulate the business impact (e.g. Risk) of misalignment with our standards.
- Translate the business impact into long-term strategic plans.
- Develop and maintain a trusting professional relationship with each assigned client.
- Ongoing development and understanding of crucial vertical market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to assigned clients.
- Leverage the client's IT Roadmap to lead to project work.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities that align with client-stated objectives and unique business goals.
- Review project proposals in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IT and network infrastructure, operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware, and applications software.
- Knowledge and understanding of business concepts
- At least seven years of experience working in the IT industry, preferably at least four (4) with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Professional and clear English speaking skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong customer advocacy focus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Computer Science/Information Technology
- Accounting Application exposure/experience
- Aged Care and Medical application exposure/experience
