About the opportunity:
As part of a small service delivery team; you will work onsite providing first class technical support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and the Microsoft 365 suite of products. You’ll execute general IT operations, while maintaining system integrity and security as it relates to ongoing business performance. This role requires a real people person who likes interacting with customers and finding the best solutions quickly!
Some additional duties & opportunities required will be;
- MS Teams setup for new starters, onboarding & training
- Daily exposure to the M365 suite of products; mobile device management and device setup
- Ongoing support and development of Azure cloud and Entra ID for identity management of users
- Basic network support and configuration of meeting rooms and VC
About you:
The successful Support Specialist will demonstrate the following;
- Proven experience in a customer facing IT Support & desktop role
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft domain - Windows 10/11, Teams, Entra ID, SharePoint and affiliated products
- Experience supporting or working with ERP and / CRM platforms - shopify, salesforce or similar
- Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Willingness to work on-site full-time as part of the role
- Excellent communication and fluent in both English & mandarin
