Our client is seeking an experienced Technology Training and Process Specialist to be a key player in assisting staff manage all things technology focused within this legal office.
Your role will be to drive continuous process improvement and IT training functions within the firm. You will be responsible for managing the over IT systems training requirements as well as identifying gaps within digital technology process and ensuring up to date technology advancement are introduced
Your duties will include:
- Developing IT training programs to equip staff with all necessary information and skills to utilise the IT systems and packages;
- Deliver training seminars and sessions;
- Identify technology gaps within the firm and target interventions to address same;
- Ensure latest technology is installed and ongoing monitoring of advancement and technology trends
- Working with knowledge management to ensure processes are streamlined
- Conducting regular system audits to identify any issues and inefficiencies and working towards solutions and improvements;
- Project management – collaborating with other departments and teams including suppliers and stakeholders across various technology focused project.
The successful candidate will be able to offer:
• Experience working in a legal or professional services environment
• Experience in IT training requirements and process improvement methodologies
• Good understanding and experience of the technology project lifecycle and general business processes
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced presentation skills
