The Opportunity
The Telecommunications Coordinator is responsible for:
  • managing and co-ordinating modern hybrid Cloud and legacy Telecommunications Contracts and Services to ensure the availability, currency, and optimal performance of Telecommunications Services to meet the Department’s business needs,
  • planning, managing, and undertaking Telecommunications Projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring Telecommunication developments and new initiatives are in accordance with specifications and meet the appropriate Standards and Procedures, and
  • documenting processes, creating and maintaining Knowledge Base articles and providing guidance and training in Telecommunication activities to staff and Contractors to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer.
