The Telecommunications Coordinator is responsible for: managing and co-ordinating modern hybrid Cloud and legacy Telecommunications Contracts and Services to ensure the availability, currency, and optimal performance of Telecommunications Services to meet the Department’s business needs, planning, managing, and undertaking Telecommunications Projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring Telecommunication developments and new initiatives are in accordance with specifications and meet the appropriate Standards and Procedures, and documenting processes, creating and maintaining Knowledge Base articles and providing guidance and training in Telecommunication activities to staff and Contractors to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer.
