Telecommunications Field Manager

Who we are

SC Comms & Utilities is a leading provider of communication infrastructure installations for all major carriers.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, self-starting individual to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will have experience in working in the Asset Relocation / Commercial works space for major communications carriers, preferably Telstra, will be safety focused, aligned with the key attributes and ability to install communications infrastructure in the Melbourne Metro and greater Vic area.

What we need

We are currently recruiting for an Telecommunications Field Manager who must have extensive experience and knowledge in the end-to-end installation of communications infrastructure, preferably in the Asset Relocations / Commercial Works space. Your key knowledge area would be Telstra Network focused, desirable criteria would be with other major carriers, namely NBN, Optus, AARNET and the like. You must possess a demonstrated ability to lead a team. You will be a team player, hold a high regard to safety, you will also be required to work autonomously. Permanent position subject to 6 month probation. 

What you need

To be considered for the role you must have the following as a minimum;

Telecommunications Field Manager

• Demonstrated 5yrs experience in end-to-end communications infrastructure installations (Telstra network Preferred) 
• Experience with other key carrier networks, such as, Optus, AARNet, TPG and the like
• Demonstrated experience in leading / Supervising both internal teams and contracting teams
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office suit of products, apps and services
• Valid driver license 
• Must drive manual
• White card
• Up to date resume
• Ability to work nights, weekends and work away from home
• Available for face to face interview
• Pre-employment medical required 
• Vaccinated against COVID-19. 
• 2 Recent work references that will validate your work experience
   

Desirable

• Driver license Class ‘’MR''
