AddressMorgan Construction Enterprises (MCE) is a fast growing organisation focusing on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wireless telecommunications and power quality systems.
MCE is looking for an experienced Telecommunications Technical Officer with knowledge of wireless and fixed telecommunications infrastructure to supplement the Western Australian team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel to various locations across Australia performing field work in the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of telecommunications and power quality products and services. This role involves climbing towers and roofs, so would suit someone looking for an active role in a variety of environments.
Additionally, this position provides service management support for contracted customer services and equipment.
Job responsibilities include:
- Perform power quality and telecommunications systems installation and commissioning functions throughout Australia as required.
- Diagnose and repair faults in telecommunications and power quality systems.
- Conduct site surveys to gather data to develop viable deployment plans.
- Engage with stakeholders to meet project and maintenance requirements.
- Review safety management plans to ensure they adequately address hazards associated with all work aspects.
- Review project scopes to ensure clarity of task requirements.
Do you have strong knowledge and experience of telecommunications or power quality systems installation, operation and maintenance practices with a Working at Heights Certificate? Do you enjoy travelling and spending time out in the field regularly scaling structures to achieve great work and outcomes?
