Telecommunications Technician / Data Cabler

CCS NT is a Northern Territory owned  & operated company and we currently have multiple roles available to meet growing customer demand.

Established in 2000 we have built up a loyal client base and operate mainly in the commercial, government, tertiary education, industrial & mining business sectors.

We require the services of Full Time Telecommunications Technician/ Data Cabler to join our close-knit team.

The successful applicant(s) will report to the Projects and Service Manager and be responsible for service & installation duties. A fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, iPad, laptop, tools, and uniform will be provided to the successful applicant on completion of probation. 

There is the option for career expansion for the right candidate to move into a management role.

The successful applicant will require:

• Valid Drivers License (current)
• Valid Open Cabling Registration (current)
• National Police Clearance (To be obtained)
• Valid Recent Drug & Alcohol Test (To be obtained)

Experience with installation in any following types of cabling manufactures:

• Clipsal
• Commscope
• Siemon
• Molex

Experience with the following types of control equipment will be highly regarded:

• OM3/OM4 Fibre optic
• OS1/OS2 Fibre Optic
• RG6/11 MATV Cabling
• Cat6a/7 Shielded cabling
