AJ Technology Services undertakes installation and maintenance of voice and data networks, electronic security, electrical works and audio visual systems. We have four offices – Darwin, Toowoomba, Brisbane and Dili, servicing clients throughout the Northern Territory, central and southern Queensland and Timor Leste. Our company has been established for 19 years and with new projects coming online, we are seeking additional staff to join our team.

Opportunities now exist for qualified Telecommunications Technicians, Security System Professionals, Service Technicians and Electricians. The position(s) will be based in our Darwin office, with free parking on site, working mostly Monday to Friday. However there is opportunity to work overtime as well as receive substantial remote working allowances. Applicants must have the technical expertise and a proven track record in a relevant industry.

We would also welcome applicants for similar positions to work from our Toowoomba and Brisbane offices.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• 2 years industry experience

• Open ACMA licence and/or Security licence and/or Electrical licence

• General Construction Card or equivalent

• Possess or have the ability to qualify for a Working with Children card

• Current Drivers Licence

• Able to work outside business hours, weekends and remote, if required

DESIRABLE

• Voice and data cabling experience

• Security System Qualification or experience in: Tecom Challenger, Concept, 
ICT Protégé, Bosch, Gallagher, Inner Range

• Optic fibre splicing experience

• Electrical experience

• PC Literate and possess good communication skills with a strong customer focus

• Work autonomously or as part of a team
