Telecommunications Trainee Technician

TV King is a thriving, family-owned telecommunications company based in Perth.

We are on the lookout for a Telecommunications Trainee who will be working alongside our small team of qualified industry experts. 

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a fast paced and challenging role within the trades and construction spaces. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Structured cabling, climbing ladders, running cables overhead and under floors. 
• Chasing, grinding & tubing newly built homes
• TV Antenna installation and/or replacing TV Antennas
• Testing and commissioning of all relevant equipment
• Reading and interpreting drawings, design documentation, product and client specifications. 
• Ensuring high quality workmanship while maintaining company standards & relevant safety and compliance documentation.

• A team player with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work safely and effectively at all times
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise the workload
• Strong initiative, self-motivation and communication skills
• Neat & tidy personal presentation
• Ideally live SOR or willing to travel

 Essential Requirements:

• Australian driver's licence (Manual preferred) 
• Construction White Card
• Hand & power tool experience
• Reliable and punctual attendance at work
