The Digital Licence Program has delivered Queensland's first Digital Licence. The program is about delivering a better customer experience to Queenslanders using innovation and technology allowing access to services for customers in a safe and secure way. Continual improvement and providing a more efficient service delivery option through modernisation will see the Digital Licence expand to Whole of Government credentials. In the role of Director (Digital Operations) you will steer and lead the implementation of a next generation of digital licensing and credential products.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Provide operational management and strategic leadership for a team of skilled and experienced professionals to deliver customer outcomes using emerging digital capabilities- Oversee the continuous evolution of new ways of working to maintain a highly skilled and motivated workforce.- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
